OpenAI’s ChatGPT was down for about three hours; users failed to generate responses on website and app that time. Many of its users complained about the problem on various social media platforms.

Since being launched in the year 2022, it had been in the media and on various social media platforms for its various capabilities and achievements. But this time as of Today, the OpenAI’s ChatGPT was is news for widespread outrage as many of its users were unable to access and use the platform.

Widespread Outrage

The users of ChatGPT were unable to access the platform, neither through its website nor application. It happened for few hours somewhere around three hours, it happened so and the users were facing trouble. Although not all the users but a subset of its users were facing this problem at the outrage duration. The problem of widespread outrage started somewhere around 1 pm IST and got fixed around 4 pm IST.

OpenAI Fixed the Problem

As users faced the problem and reported it across the different social media platformsgot and it got into the news, OpenAI said that it is investigating the problem that is being faced by its users. The OpenAI looked into the mater with serious concern. The problem is solved as of now and the users are once again able to use it hassle free as there were able to do so before this problem that occurred today.
