A disturbing incident occurred at the Damodar River ghat in Bokaro Jaraindih, Jharkhand, where a piece of cow was allegedly thrown into the water.

This ghat is a crucial water source for the entire area, supplying water for daily use, including bathing and meditative practices by local women.

The incident has sparked significant outrage among the villagers. Reported by Sudarshan News, Jharkhand (Indian state).

Jaridih is about 19 km from Bokaro and 202 km from state capital Ranchi.
